Junior Finals

Junior Boys Singles, Junior Girls Singles and Mini-Green (under 10's) Mixed Singles.
The girls finalists were Mia Vickers and Phoebe Jones. It was a great match with Mia taking the first set, Phoebe fighting back valiantly in the 2nd set, and then Mia coming through as the stronger player on the day and winning the 2nd set tiebreak 7-6 (10-6).
A few days later the Under 10's played their match. Both finalists put up a tough fight and took a set each but Harry Whitehouse moved ahead of Ollie Lewis in the 3rd set to win.
The Junior boys final between Rory Superfine and Henry Compton was also well contested with Henry initially leading the way before Rory pulled ahead to win 1st set 6-4. Rory picked up the 2nd set 6-1 to win overall
Well done to all the entrants and we are already looking forward to the 2015 competition!
