Visitor's fees and public bookings
New visitors can play three times at the Club (with a member, at a rate of £2.00 per 30mins booked) and should then apply to join as playing members, paying the appropriate membership fee (very good value too).
The public are able to book a court. Bookings can be made via the Parish Council Office in the Marford Hall (open mornings only) on 01582 832541.
Club rules
-
You must wear your membership tag, or have it with you, every time you use the courts or you will be asked to stop playing and leave.
-
Non marking soled shoes should always be worn on court and should a player be seenwearing shoes that could damage the court, he would be asked to cease playing or change to suitable footwear.
-
Due to obvious fire risks, there is a NO SMOKING RULE in the clubhouse or the verandah.
-
Club members are requested to park their cars in the Marford Hall car park and not in Brocket View.
-
Do not over tighten or swing on the net as this can damage the net posts.
-
When you leave, please make sure the outside gate is locked. If you are the last to leave ensure the clubhouse windows are closed and the door is securely locked.
