Adult Group sessions run one evening per week currently on a half termly basis while the Covid situation continues. Pricing and term dates are as per juniors below.

Adult Group Coaching – Beginner/ Intermediate
Thurs 7 – 8 pm (WA1)

Adult Group Cardio - A fun exercise class combined with tennis. Pay as you go. £8 per session.
Sat 12.30 - 1.30pm

Junior Group Coaching - STILL RUNNING IN TIER 4

WLTC has a full junior coaching programme for all ages. Neil has been running this programme for over 10 years with many children going on to currently play in adult leagues for the club. Juniors also get to play competitively in local leagues.

Junior Coaching follows the LTA traffic light system.

	Red ball mini tennis is for players aged 7 and under. It is played on smaller courts with shorter rackets and softer balls. It’s just like the real game and gives players opportunities to have long rallies and play different types of shots.
	An orange ball is used for 8 and 9 yr olds. It has a low compression that makes it bounce lower, giving the player better control at an important stage of their development.
	Green ball is the next step after orange ball mini tennis, usually 10 and 11. It is played on a full tennis court, with bigger rackets and balls that are a little softer than yellow balls.
	Yellow ball competition is for players aged 11 and over. It is played on a full tennis court, with full size rackets and full compression yellow balls. It’s the last stage of your tennis development and the technique and skills that you have developed through the stages of mini tennis can now be put into practice.
